Custom Case Management (CCM) is an independent case management company owned and operated by Shannon Sole, nationally certified in case management with a broad knowledge base from catastrophic to chronic work injuries.  

With almost 20 years in worker's compensation case management, located in the Tulsa area, but offering statewide coverage.

Custom Case Management strives to customize our services to meet the needs of our referral sources by assistance in selection of appropriate providers, containing costs, addressing return to work and reaching Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI).  Experienced with CWMP coverage, and work effectively with all parties involved in the case.
